  • You must not make any deposit without first asking the Consular Section. The Embassy does not receive in any case the amount in cash or credit card. When you receive the amount to be paid by the call or email, you must make a transfer to the embassy bank account and bring the payment receipt to withdraw the legalized document.

  • COMMERCIAL DOCUMENTS
  • According to Law 7196/2023 enacted on October 27, 2023, consular legalization is no longer required in commercial documents for imports.

  • Exporting companies no longer need to bring their commercial documents such as commercial invoice, bill of lading, certificate of origin, packing list, among others.

  • Exporting companies are recommended to contact companies in Paraguay to send the aforementioned documents.

  • For other documents, please contact the consular office.
