Served at the Embassy of Paraguay to the Kingdom of Morocco in 2020-2022, and to Korea in 2012-2018. Started her diplomatic career in 2000. Performed various roles over a period of 39 years within Paraguay Public Administration, including diplomatic, technical, administrative, and academic matters, within the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Vice Presidency of the Republic of Paraguay, Office of the First Lady-Presidency of the Republic, Ministry of Finance, National University of Asunción. Worked with NGO and international organizations: OAS; IDB; USAID; ARD. Holds a MSc.and Diploma degrees awarded by the London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE/UK) in Analysis, Design and Management of Information Systems. Postgraduate study in Political Science and International Relations, and BS in Systems Analysis at National University of Asunción.
